Another element in organic tea leaves is Theanine. It helps to reduce stress and soothes the body. It is an amino acid that dissolves in water easily. When we get stressed, the body responds to this unpleasant feeling by increasing heart rate and blood pressure. Researchers experimented with twelve participants. They concluded that participants who intake Theanine before a stress stimulator had a lower heart rate than those who took a placebo.

Keeping your blood sugar stable

Both green and black tea assist you with lowering your risk of diabetes. Tea is prebiotic, which regulates glucose levels. Tea delays the release of sugars from starch or sucrose, which helps people who struggle with blood sugar issues.  When blood sugar is regulated, this helps to ward off diabetes.

 

How To Prepare Organic Tea

There’s no difference in preparing conventional and organic tea. You can make your tea blends at home or buy commercially available organic tea products for easier preparation. Heat water to 176 to 185ºF or 80 to 85ºC. Don’t let the water boil. Pour the water in the glass and add tea leaves. Steep the organic tea for about three minutes
